Cleaned overnight.
Verified by morning.
Ness keeps Chicago’s clinics, offices and commercial buildings inspection-ready while the city sleeps — GPS-verified crews on second and third shift, scored quality inspections, and a service report in your inbox after every visit. One building or a whole portfolio, held to CDC, AORN and OSHA standards.
No call centers, no phone trees — your request goes to an owner and is answered within one business day.
We prove we showed up. We prove the quality.
Overnight work is invisible — that’s exactly why we built a system that isn’t. Every Ness visit produces a verifiable record: when we arrived, what we scored, and what you should know. It lands in your inbox without you asking.
Verified on arrival.
Our crew clocks in and out by GPS at your address — not at our office, at your door. You know when we arrived and when we left, down to the minute, every shift.
Scored, not skimmed.
A supervisor scores each area of your facility against a QC checklist built on CDC, AORN and OSHA standards. Not “looks fine” — a number, on the record.
The report hits your inbox.
A service report with times, scores and notes is emailed to you after every visit. No chasing. No wondering. If something needs attention, you hear it from us first.
We didn’t buy the system. We built it.
Most contractors run on paper sign-in sheets and a supervisor’s memory. We run on Hardproof — verified-operations software our own team wrote, proved out on our own crews, and now licenses to companies well outside construction. Every arrival time, every score and every report on this page comes out of it.
Nothing runs on trust alone.
Crews clock in by GPS at your address, not ours. Every task on your building’s checklist has to be confirmed by a supervisor before the shift can close. If a crew hasn’t arrived when it should have, a manager knows before you do.
One record, not four versions.
Times, inspection scores, photos and exceptions are captured once, on site, at the moment they happen — then flow straight into your report. Nothing is retyped, remembered or reconstructed the next morning.
Fewer calls. Faster answers.
Scheduling, headcount, supplies and quality live in one place, so we staff to the actual work instead of a guess. When you ask what happened in your building three Tuesdays ago, the answer takes seconds — not a round of phone calls.
Two trades. One standard.
Facilities held to a documented standard. Buildings restored to last. Different crafts, same house rule: prove the quality.
Survey-ready by sunrise.
Trained crews clean clinics, therapy and day-rehab centers, medical offices and commercial buildings to the standards your surveyors and tenants hold you to — on second and third shift, scheduled around your operating hours. You open the doors to a finished building and a scored service report already in your inbox.

Chicago brick, restored by craftsmen.
Thirty-plus years of tuckpointing, brick restoration, concrete and remodeling across the city’s homes, storefronts and public buildings. We work on Chicago’s most honest material the way it deserves — carefully, and for keeps. And because we’re an MBE-certified, City of Chicago registered vendor, we clear procurement as cleanly as we point a wall.

Cleaned to the standards your surveyors carry.
Every protocol we run is built on published guidance and executed with hospital-grade chemistry — so your next inspection is a walkthrough, not a scramble.
Disinfection protocols follow CDC guidance for healthcare environments, so high-touch surfaces are never a judgment call.
Cleaning practice informed by AORN standards — the rigor surgical environments demand, applied to your treatment rooms.
Crews trained to OSHA requirements: safe chemical handling, PPE, bloodborne-pathogen awareness. Your risk, reduced.
Hospital-grade Diversey® chemistry, dosed and applied to specification — not whatever was on sale.
Crews run second and third shift, scheduled to your operating hours — so business is never interrupted, and your morning staff walk into a finished building.
+ Experience
= Excellence
A South Side family firm that answers for its work.
Ness Construction & EVS is a family company at 10336 S. Western Avenue — about fourteen of us, and our crews are our people: trained, and known to us by name. We’re not a franchise. Nobody here answers to a territory map, and the name on the building is the family that answers your email — the standards are the same whether we’re disinfecting an exam room or repointing a hundred-year-old wall.
That’s also why we built our proof-of-service portal in the first place: a small firm doesn’t get the benefit of the doubt, so we decided never to need it. When you write to us, an owner reads it — and answers within one business day.
Hiring Ness counts toward your organization’s supplier-diversity goals — a line item your procurement office will thank you for.
Pre-vetted for municipal and institutional work. If your facility answers to a board or an agency, our paperwork is already done.
Full coverage on every crew, every night, every job — the risk stays with us, not on your desk.
In this trade, proof of quality is who keeps you.
Fair questions. Straight answers.
What happens after I request a walkthrough?
An owner replies within one business day. We walk your facility with you, build a checklist around how your building actually runs, and return a written proposal. No pressure, no fuss.
Will cleaning disrupt our clinic hours?
No — and that’s the point. Crews work after hours, scheduled to your building. In a clinic that means starting once the last patient leaves and finishing long before the first one arrives. You’ll see the evidence — the GPS-stamped report — not the crew.
How do we know the work was really done — and done right?
That’s the point of the Ness Proof-of-Service System: GPS-verified clock-in and clock-out at your address, a scored supervisor inspection, and a service report emailed after every visit. Ask for a sample report and judge for yourself.
What standards do your crews actually follow?
Crews are trained to CDC, AORN and OSHA protocols and use hospital-grade Diversey® chemistry. Supervisors score every visit against a QC checklist built on those same standards — the score is on your report.
Are the cleaning and masonry sides the same company?
Same family, same office on Western Avenue, separate specialized crews. One point of accountability for both — and both carry our MBE certification and City of Chicago vendor registration.
Well — write us. It’s better: your request goes straight to an owner, not a phone tree, and you’ll have an answer within one business day. Prefer to talk it through? Leave your number and we’ll call you.
